Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik, Iceland. She is a CrossFit pro-athlete. She is the co-owner of Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie is the first female who has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive year. She came in second place in the 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter as well as a media star. She is popular for being the first woman to win the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. In the following year she participated again in CrossFit events and thanks to her outstanding performance she was able to win the competition becoming the first woman to take home a trophy at CrossFit Games. Annie also won in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her impressive performance. She became the first female athlete to win two CrossFit Games at once. Additionally, in 2014, she was awarded a silver medal and in the year 2021 she won a bronze medal in CrossFit Games. Annie is presently a coach and instructor at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she started in the year 2000. Annie has become a famous athlete following her fame. She has been associated with many sports brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Revolution Periodization Nuun Hydrolysis Sidekick Yerbae among others. Her own Youtube channel named "Annie" and has more than a thousand followers. The channel is where she uploads videos about training diet, family life and traveling.
